On the project page you can find detailed guides on how to write about counties and settlements, as well as where to find statistics, references and other useful things. Additionally, the following has been identified as specific improvements this article needs:
- Add an infobox
- Add photos
- The "modern day" section is just a "misc" section. There's no reason the sub-sections shouldn't be top-level sections.
- There's no need to have a sub-section for every paragraph. The "infrastructure" section for example does not need to be divided yet.
- Cite sources

I am not sure that I would describe Witney as being "near" to Bicester.
Also the Kraft food factory is in Banbury not Bicester!
Mervyn, the old page is outdated. If is something that you want to keep from that version please feel free to add it to the new one. Thank you.
