Biała Podlaska County (Polish: powiat bialski) is a powiat (county) in eastern Poland, in Lublin Voivodship. The county seat is the city of Biała Podlaska and the powiat includes the area around it, but not the city itself which forms its own separate urban powiat. The population numbers 114,227 (2005). Its area is 2753.67 km².
