Bharathi Vidya Bhavan is a senior secondary school in Erode, Tamilnadu. The school is run by Dr. L. M. Ramakrishnan, the son-in-law of C.S. Subramaniam, a former governor of Maharashtra. The principal is Philomena Joseph. There are affiliated primary and secondary schools situated in Therkupallam and Thindal, respectively. Their website is located at BVBSchool.ORGwhich is yet to be completed. The school had completed its history of 27 years.The teachers in collaboration with the managament strives hard to produce great results in the higher secondary examinations.Students from this school are spread all over the world.It is the ninth best school in Tamil Nadu and the best school in Erode district.There are well equipped labs with experienced teachers.The school students are divided into four houses and various interhouse competitions are held every year motivating young children and bringing out their divine talents into limelight.Besides this selected students are nominated as office bearers leading the different houses which teaches the leadership qualities.Special attention is given to sports and extra curricular activities.Bharathians had never had a history of failure in the inter-school matches.the various sports patronised in this school are basketball, volley ball, tennis, table tennis,football and athletics.The co-curricular activities taught here are drawing, painting, handicraft, sewing and vocal and instrumental music.
