[edit] Whistling Swan merge

I realize this may ruffle a few feathers (as it were) but the latest taxonomic thought classes Bewick's and Whistling as conspecific under Cygnus columbianus with common name Bewick's Swan so I thought I'd bite the bullet. I will be watching this page so post any thoughts here. The previous text of the Whistling article is intact hidden under the redirect.

The only thing I've not touched is the interwiki which I'm not sure how to handle as most of the other languages seem to have 2 articles.
