Beverly Lewis

Beverly Marie (Jones) Lewis is a former schoolteacher and musician, is now a Christian fiction novelist and children's author who has written many books, much are about plain living, the Anabaptist heritage, and the Old Order Amish. Her maternal grandmother, Ada Ranck Buchwalter, was born into an Old Order Mennonite Church. This has made Mrs. Lewis interested in her plain heritage, although herself belonged to the Assemblies of God Church community, but she was born in the heart of the Pennsylvania Dutch community. She has written over 70 books, some of these are listed.
Jones is her maiden name.
