Beta Ethniki

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Beta Ethniki (Greek: Β' Εθνικη or Δεύτερη Εθνική Κατηγορία; Second National Division) is the second highest professional football league in Greece. At present, sixteen clubs compete in the league, playing each other twice, once at home and once away. At the end of the season, the three top clubs are promoted to Super League Greece, the first-level league, and the three bottom clubs are relegated to Gamma Ethniki (Third Division)
