Best of Ballads & Blues is a compilation CD by the American 80's glam metal band Poison. Unlike Poison's Greatest Hits: 1986-1996, this compilation focuses on the band's power ballads and blues-oriented songs, plus two new acoustic recordings of "Something to Believe In" (with new lyrics) and "Stand."
