The intro of this article was somehwat POV as it could be read as Wikipedia taking a position on civil rights which I believe does not conform to Wikipedia's NPOV policy. Also it did not describe what the case was about and as such I rewrote it to provide a basic summery of the central issue in the case. --Cab88 15:13, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
