Berrylands is a residential neighbourhood in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.

It is a suburban development situated 10.1 miles (16.2 km) south west of Charing Cross.

Originally farmland, the area was developed for housing in the 1930s. It contained a Lido (swimming pool), the 'Surbiton Lagoon' at grid reference TQ19606725. [1] [2] [3]

Before 1965 it formed part of the Municipal Borough of Surbiton.
