Berry Sarbadhikari

Bijoy Chandra 'Berry' Sarbadhikari (died December 19, 1976 in Bombay) is known as the doyen of Cricket commentators in India [1]. He had been a commentator before the advent of Television in India. He was the son of Sushil Prasad and had 4 sons and one daughter.

After becoming ill and landing up in financial troubles, he committed suicide by jumping down from the third floor of the boarding house in Crawford Market, Bombay where he lived.
