Benedict Zilliacus

Benedict Zilliacus (b. January 11, 1921 in Helsinki, Finland). Zilliacus is a Swedish-speaking Finnish journalist, author, scriptwriter and translator. Zilliacus has written the screenplay for many a movie, amongst them Etulinjan edessä, (Beyond the Front Line) which he wrote together with Stefan Forss.

In the 1950's and 60's he at least every second year wrote a revue for the Swedish theatre Lilla Teatern in Helsinki, which became very popular.
