Based out of Cincinnati, Ohio, Beneath the Sky formed in mid 2004 after the collapse of their former band Blind Judgment. Through constant promotion and regional touring Beneath the Sky have gained fans all across the U.S. and in many other parts of the world. Beneath the Sky's intense live performance has been impressing audiences all across the Midwest and Eastern U.S. proving them to be a band that must be seen to experience fully. Beneath the Sky's music can be described as intense metal with great hooks, catchy melodies, and crushing breakdowns. In January 2005 Beneath the Sky released a 4-song demo cd that distributed over 5000 copies before its retirement in late 2005. The band is currently under management with Hardcore Marketing,Inc a firm based out of Cleveland, Ohio that has worked with many of today's leading artists. Beneath the Sky completed work on a new album at Track Six Studios in Cleveland,OH with producer Don Debiase.
On May 13, 2006 Beneath the Sky released their debut EP More Than You Can Handle...
In August 2006 Beneath the Sky signed with Victory Records and are expected to go into recording on their first full-length album in October 2006..Their Victory release will be produced by Jason Seucof...with the album, titled "What Demons Do To Saints", set to be in stores on January 23, 2007.
