Ben Ulenga is the president of the Congress of Democrats (CoD), a Namibian political party of the mid nineties, a vibrant party that shook Namibians by taking on the SWAPO party of which Ulenga was not only a member but a member of congress and he played a very influential role in the independence struggle of Namibia against South African apartheid rule. Also one of the many political prisoners who felt in Robben Island where the likes of Nelson Mandela among others.
