Ben Kennedy (born March 14, 1974), also known as "BK", is a professional rugby league player who captained the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles in the National Rugby League in Australia in 2005 & 2006. He is arguably the best ever forward in the history of Rugby League. He has also represented New South Wales in the State of Origin and has played for Australian national rugby league team. Kennedy's final match was the Semi Final against St George Illawarra who defeated Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles 28-0 on the 15th of September 2006 at Aussie Stadium.Kennedy was known as an inspirational player amongst team mates. Kennedy was a great lock forward and secondrower in his career and had an excellent offload , he could break the line with great speed and offload the ball to a hole runner , he will be missed in the NRL. The shine from his bald head is seen as symbolic of his shining greatness in the game of rugby league.
