Benjamin Richard "Ben" Howard (born January 15, 1979 in Danville, Illinois) is a major/minor league baseball player who last played in the Cleveland Indians organization. He was granted his free agency by the Indians' AAA affiliate Buffalo Bisons on July 16, 2006. [1].

Howard spent the 2002 and 2003 seasons with the San Diego Padres and the 2004 season with the Florida Marlins.
