"Ben 10,000" is the Season 3 premiere episode of the American animated television series Ben 10, which first aired on November 25, 2006.

It starts with Ben and Gwen about to celebrate Grandpa's 60th birthday, Grandpa goes out for firewood. While Grandpa is away, Gwen and Ben argue about the fact that Ben was supposed to get a cake for Grandpa and he has forgotten again. A yellow ball of energy comes up and a person comes out dressed in a blue cloth and kidnaps Gwen, Ben transforms into XLR8 and chases after the kidnapper into the portal, it closes behind him. Grandpa returns to find them gone.
On the other side of the portal, Ben as XLR8 easily gets Gwen back, but but the portal has closed. A crowd of people go by shouting at Ben saying how great he is and calling him "Ben 10,000". Ben and Gwen take a look wondering where they are, a rhinoceros-like creature comes and attacks the two of them when suddenly, a grey flash comes by and runs around the rhino really quickly, while the kidnapper does this blast of yellow energy on it and it is destroyed, the grey flash is revealed to be XLR8 from the future, and the other person is revealed to be Gwen, who has changed names to Gwendolyn since college, from the future, who can do magic. It is twenty years after the start of the episode and it is Grandpa's 80th Birthday. Gwendolyn talks about her plans to get Ben from the past to the future and how she remembered that the best way to get Ben to do anything was to take her.
Future Grandpa shows up in the RV which is still around, but has been tricked out. After they have a reunion, Grandpa talks about how the past versions of Gwen and Ben remind him of good times and hints that he rarely sees Ben anymore, but sees Gwendolyn every week. Future Gwen tells them that Future Ben is fighting Dr. Animo and that Future Ben needs Past Ben's help, Ben decides to become Fourarms to help his future self, unfortunately, he becomes Stinkfly instead. They go in and find Future Ben as Fourarms fighting Animo, Animo is a head on a large white gorilla-like body, and apparently very strong. It is shown that Future Ben has unlocked all the secrets of the Omnitrix, knowing the master code, and has 10,000 forms (hence the title). Ben wants and tries to help future Ben but future Ben says he "likes to work alone". Future Ben defeats Dr. Animo, when the Galactic Enforcers show up to offer help and complain about future Ben not saving any villain for them, he tells them to put Animo in Jail. During the fight with Amino, Ben turns into two new Alien forms, one that is a blowfish-like lizard like creature that shoots green slime after inflating, and the other is a Megawatt. Past Ben asks to know what his Future Self calls that one and Future Ben mentions on how he "doesn't name them anymore" and they leave. Past Ben is upset with this because he called that half the fun. Dr. Animo wakes up and makes the Galactic Enforcers unconscious, and breaks open a tube which is revealed to have Vilgax's remains in it. Future Ben talks about how Vilgax was pretty much destroyed in his and Vilgax's last encounter.
Vilgax is revived by Animo and given DNA evidence to all of Future Ben 10,000 Alien forms. While Past Gwen and Ben are taken to Ben's place where he talks about how he is rarely there. Future Ben tells his past self and Past Gwen not to touch anything, of course, Past Ben doesn't listen and starts flying around on a hoverboard that he finds, which Future Ben as XLR8 takes away and Ben falls to the Floor. Future Ben tells Gwendolyn that she was wrong to bring Ben and Gwen to the future.
Vilgax and Dr. Animo make their attack and Future Ben runs off to the fight. Gwendolyn mentions on how it is right below them. They go to fight against the combined forces of Vilgax and Dr. Animo. The Gwen's take on Dr. Animo while the Ben's take on Vilgax. Future Ben forces his past self to turn into Cannonbolt for the fight. Future Grandpa shows up to help, Past Ben tells him to go help the Gwen's. Grandpa comes in and saves Past Gwen from Dr. Animo's attack with his new robotic arm that is capable of changing into a gun to help in the fight.
It is revealed and hinted throughout the Episode that Future Ben rarely "goes Ben" anymore because he has unlocked the Omnitrix full potential. Since, Dr. Animo gave Vilgax the way to beat any of Future Ben's forms, Past Ben suggests that Future Ben show Vilgax what Ben can do. Future Ben is hesitant to do this, but then eventually does. Using a Hoverboard to help him fight Vilgax. With the help of his past self who he forced to turn into Diamondhead, Future Ben knocks Vilgax into water by changing into Spitter the green lizard-blowfish like Alien, and then changes into blue lizard like Alien which has the ability to freeze, thusly freezes the water solid. Ben asks what does he call that one. Future Ben starts saying he doesn't name them anymore but then changes his might to Absolute Zero. Past Ben calls that lame and suggests Arctiguana and Future Ben says "cool."
The Episode goes to the gang celebrating Grandpa's 80th Birthday party. The Galactic Enforcers contain Future Ben saying of trouble and Future Ben told them to handle it because he was celebrating his grandpa's birthday. Past Gwen figures out that Gwendolyn brought Past Ben here not to help Future Ben fight, but rather help Ben remember who he was. Gwendolyn tells her past self that even though Ben is a pain to remember and cherish those days. Before Gwendolyn sends the past version back to their time, Future Ben gives his past self a box that is something that he should have gotten 20 years ago.
Back in the past, the group celebrates Grandpa's 60th Birthday and the box turns out to be the cake that Ben had forgotten to get for the party.

- Ghostfreak is removed from the beginning credits and replaced with Cannonbolt.
- Future Gwen wears the Charms of Bezel on one of her arms.
- Ben 10,000's Omnitrix is about three times bigger than the present Ben's.
- All the aliens on Ben 10,000's Omnitrix look different as they, like Ben 10,000, have aged.
- Future Ben wears different clothes, explaining the clothing change on the heroes.
- Ben asks his Future self about his 9,990 other super hero forms, however Ben already has become twelve forms; eleven forms he is able to become. Although he has been unable to become Ghostfreak since "Ghostfreaked Out", this statement might be right.
- In the opening sequence, when Ben scans through the silhouettes of the aliens, you can see the silhouette of Wildvine. It's after Upgrade's
- In the part after XLR8 knocks out Future Gwen, XLR8 looks at the surroundings. You can see a Galvanic Mechomorph (Upgrade) but with blue lines instead of the Omnitrix's usual green and a black area on the front.
