Belm

Belm is a village and a municipality in the district of Osnabrück, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated in the Wiehengebirge, approx. 7 km northeast of Osnabrück.

"Belm" is also a cruel jibe used widely in School playgrounds the length and breadth of England. Used to signify Idiocity to the target young children push their tongue into their lower lip, shout belm and pat the resulting protrusion. Another variation of this would be the cheesy belm sone exactly the same way but by shouting cheesy belm instead of just belm.
