'Bellevue is a residential neighborhood located in Southwest Washington, D.C, east of Bolling Air Force Base. It is bounded by Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue SW to the west and northwest, Joliet Street SW to the south, and First Street and South Capitol Street on the east.

Hadley Memorial Hospital, one of two hospitals in D.C.'s Ward 8, is located in Bellevue. There is also a commercial corridor along Atlantic Street near South Capitol.
