Belinda Chang (章緣; pinyin: Zhang Yuan) is a Taiwanese writer. She worked for nearly a decade in New York as a reporter for United Daily News. To date, she has published three collections of short stories and one novel, the title of which may be translated as Plague. None of her works has been translated into English.
