Believe 'n Peace was the Maltese entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1999, performed in English by Times Three.
The song is an up-tempo number, with the girls singing about the need to take life by the horns and accept that setbacks will occur - all the while believing that a brighter day will come.
The song was performed twentieth on the night (following Israel's Eden with Yom Huledet (Happy Birthday) and preceding Germany's Sürpriz with Reise Nach Jerusalem - Kudüs'e Seyahat). At the close of voting, it had received 32 points, placing 15th in a field of 23. The score was Malta's equal-lowest in Eurovision history, and the placing the worst since the country had entered in English.
It was succeeded as Maltese representative at the 2000 Contest by Claudette Pace with Desire.
