Belfast Trojans

The Belfast Trojans are a team formed in January 2006, and will compete in the IAFL organisations league as of 2007. They are a fully kitted team, and play NCAA rules in full contact.

They are comprised of various members from rookies to veterans, all playing for the love of the game. There members have played as far afield as Duke University and the University of Michigan. There are also several members of the current Team Ireland roster playing at the club.

The club will be competing in 2007 in its rookie year, and hopes to make a big impression in the league. There are several members of the 2005 league winning Belfast Bulls team, as well as seasoned veterans of the IAFL hoping to make it a successful trophy winning season.

The team currently train at Holywood rugby club, and hope to play their home games there in 2007.
