Belarus has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest three times, debuting in 2004 (see ESC2004). The country entered the contest in the same year that semi-finals began to be used to determine who would compete in the final, and as of yet Belarus have not qualified for the final. The closest the country came was in 2005 (see ESC2005), when Angelica Agurbash finished 13th in the semi-final.
