Two actors Duke Mitchell and Sammy Petrillo, who have a similar routine to that of Martin and Lewis, are lost on an island known by the natives as Kola-Kola. Though they find the inhabitants friendly, they soon find that a mad scientist named Dr. Zabor (Bela Lugosi) lives on the island. When Duke falls for Mona, the tribal chief's daughter, jealous Dr. Zabor plans to literally make a monkey out of Mitchell.
