I took this photo. I marked it PD because I'm not all that clear on GDFL, etc. I assumed I could simply declare it public domain, no? Mwanner 22:29, Mar 21, 2005 (UTC)

You are correct. If you take a photo for Wikipedia, then all you have to do to dedicate it to the public domain is say so. I left the original message because I didn't realize that you had taken the picture, but the situation is now resolved. --Ellmist 23:21, 21 Mar 2005 (UTC)
