I believe this image can used in Richard Avedon to illustrate his work. However, in the article about The Beatles, the image is used for illustrative purposes only and the text does not discuss the image at all or the relationship between the Beatles and Avedon or any impact the poster had, so it cannot be used as fair use there. howcheng {chat} 21:18, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
