Beaverton is a community in central Ontario, Canada. It lies on the eastern shore of Lake Simcoe, about 100km north of Toronto. It is located in Brock Township in the Regional Municipality of Durham.

The entire Township of Brock has about 12,000 residents, but there are several small communities that make up that number.

There are three elementary schools in Beaverton, including Beaverton Public School, Thorah Public School, and Holy Family Catholic school. The secondary school, Brock High School, is in nearby Cannington. There is also an arena, a curling club, a library, several baseball diamonds and parks, as well as a small harbour and yacht club. Beaverton also has a local theatre company that puts on plays a couple of times a year.

Beaverton is a popular tourist destination, offering opportunities for fishing, swimming, and boating, and the population more than doubles during the summer months as cottagers come up from Toronto. Beaverton is on Lake Simcoe, and people travel from all over the world to ice fish on the lake in the winter. The Trent-Severn Waterway is connected to the lake.
