ISO 3166-2:BE is an ISO standard which defines geocodes: it is the subset of ISO 3166-2 which applies to Belgium. It covers 5 provinces in Flanders and 5 provinces in Wallonia and the Brussels-Capital Region. The first part is the ISO 3166-1 code BE for Belgium, the second part is three-character-alphabetic, where the first letter marks the region: W is for Wallonie (Wallonia), V for Vlaanderen (Flanders).
The following two regions have no ISO 3166-2 code.
