Hi, I noticed you tagged "Rains on Me" from the latest Waits album as being written by Chuck E Weiss. Are you sure about this? I thought that song was one of two written by Waits / Brennan on his debut album. Mortene 09:45, 20 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image:-wwe-sd- Boogeyman.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:-wwe-sd- Boogeyman.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Chowbok 00:16, 3 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] William Shatner

Thanks for the clarity of your edit summary; the data wasn't in the Career section last I'd looked. Also, the speculative nature of the item could've been fixed with one word, but that's now moot. ;) RadioKirk (u|t|c) 17:57, 3 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Edge

I wouldn't consider that addition week-by-week. It was the first major match in the DX fued and they handed DX their first tag team loss. It should be in the article. If it isn't, then why add the information about being in a fued with DX? -- Mikedk9109  (talk)  18:22, 7 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] John Cena (Subway) image

Explain WP policy where that image should have not been used in the section of the article in question? --Mikecraig 04:03, 30 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Verifiability

Hi, it's important that information on Wikipedia is confirmed by reliable sources. Per WP:V, an official policy, unsourced information can be removed on sight and the onus is on the editor including the information to appropriately verify it. Thanks, Deizio talk 02:11, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

It's not about what I want, it's about compliance with policy. If scratching and slapping are integral to their notability I'm sure there's a source somewhere. Deizio talk 02:19, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
I only spotted a reference to a slap (no scratching) on Boss Foxx's WWE Heat Recap on www.lordsofpain.net, but I appreciate the effort. Trivia is an especially tricky area as it contains vanity edits, unreliable information, primary research, nonsense, completely unencyclopedic statements and sheer misinformation perhaps more than anything else. If something is truly important to informing the reader about a notable topic (especially something contemporary and well covered on the web like WWE) then it will be out there somewhere. WP:V is extremely clear about unsourced information and, imho, all editors should be in favour of its principles. Deizio talk 02:51, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
