Baymak

Baymak (Russian: Баймак) is a town in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia, located in the upper streams of the Tanalyk River (Ural's basin) 489 km south of Ufa. Population: 17,223 (2002 Census); 15,976 (1989 Census).
Founded in 1913, town status since 1938.
