BAX Global

Burlington Air Express (now called BAX Global) is an international shipping company that is headquartered in Irvine, California, and has other major offices in Australia, Singapore, London, The Netherlands, and Toledo, Ohio.
The company originally opened for business in ten cities in the United States on June 15, 1972, as Burlington Northern Air Freight, Inc. (BNAFI). In 1997 the company changed its name to BAX Global.
BAX Global was acquired by DB Logistics, the Transportation and Logistics Division of Deutsche Bahn, on Jan 31, 2006 for $1.1 Billion.
