Basque Country

The Basque Country refers to a group of places inhabited by Basque people:
- The Basque Country (historical territory) (Euskal Herria) is the area inhabited by Basques, claimed by Basque nationalists.
- The Basque Country (autonomous community) (PaĆs Vasco or Euskadi) is an autonomous community of Spain, the only currently recognised entity named 'Basque Country'
- The Pays Basque is the French part of the Basque Country - see Northern Basque Country
