Basil Heatley (born 25 December 1933) was a British athlete who competed mainly in the Marathon.
He entereted the Marathon in the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Mexico City, Mexico as the holder of the world's best time, but was beaten to the second place by Abebe Bikila who bettered Heatley's time and won by nearly a mile.
