it is not 'trivia' that mr townsley is involved in ICSEP. pls stop wasting my time with yr harassment. Jamaissur

as above. israel is one of the most important countries in the world and mr townsley's links w/ it r obviously worthy of note. Jamaissur

pls tell me what u disagree w/ here: israel is one of the most important countries in the world and mr townsley's links w/ it r obviously worthy of note. Jamaissur

Since you haven't been able to prove he's a Jew, you're now trying to link him in some way to Israel, via his non-notable membership in this non-notable organization. I'm not sure why you would imagine Israel is one of the "most important countries in the world", that sounds like conspiracy theory talk to me. Jayjg (talk) 17:49, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
i hate seeing someone as intelligent as u making such fatuous comments, jay. i imagine that israel is one of the most important countries in the world because, um, it is. and the mass media and google seem 2 agree w/ me. r they 'conspiracy theorists' 2? Jamaissur
Please make comments in English. Thanks. Jayjg (talk) 19:29, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Bias

This article is a typical example of a stub generated to grind an axe, libel or defame. It contains no neutral/standard CV-type information about the subject, only his/her involvement in whatever controversy or negative incident has caught the fancy of the writer.

I urge adherence to WP:BLP, WP:NPOV, WP:V/WP:RS. If no improvements can be made, the "controversy" rubbish should go as well.

Where is the support for the allegation (made on other pages) that Townsley is Jewish? Townsley is certainly not a Jewish name, and no credible source can be found that supports the claim that he himself is Jewish. JFW | T@lk 22:01, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] trivia

i'd advise you to look the word up in a good dictionary, jay. mr townsley's marriage into an important business dynasty is obviously noteworthy, which is why it's noted prominently in the article linked to. cheers. Jamaissur

Personal trivia belongs in a trivia section, if at all. When the article has sufficient information about Townsley's other activities, there may be a point in trivia as well. Jayjg (talk) 03:30, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
jay, you've not addressed my point. mr townsley is a businessman. his marriage into an important business dynasty is therefore noteworthy and is duly noted at some length in the article i linked to. jamaissur lemon or lime?
As above. WP:BLP insists that real biographies be written, not trivia and scandal. Once that's done, let me know. Thanks. Jayjg (talk) 22:21, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
but jay: you don't address the point above. any highly competent encyclopedist (such as yourself) should note mr townsley's highly significant marriage into an important business family. unless his competence is negatively impacticated by external factors (into whose nature we dare not enquire). jamaissur lemon or lime?
I'm not playing any more. Jayjg (talk) 04:37, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
wrong again -- protecting your special interest group does not count as play. nor does repeatedly evading a simple question. jamaissur lemon or lime?
Your question about the trivia you want to include has been answered several times in several venues, and one more claim that an editor is part of a "special interest group" will earn you a week block. Jayjg (talk) 17:03, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
