I personally think that the article is self-explanatory, I have added the location of the town now. What else would help put the article into context? Jack 18:03, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

I've also added a reference to Devon, but it seems fine to me too. Could perhaps include references to or comparisons with similar schems underway or recently completed? Regards Lynbarn 19:44, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
