To me it seems that the motivation for the article was to attack Barbara; I would guess for her "spamming" on the alt.religion.scientology Usenet newsgroup. I put in a request for it to be deleted but since that was voted down, mainly by people who said she was a bad person and deserved to be attacked, I have spent some time trying to change the tone of the article to make it sound a little less attacking.Steve Dufour 01:42, 8 August 2006 (UTC)p.s. You are right that the motivation for this article was is to attack me. Not just that, it is written to harass me and to mislead people about my character and activities. The people who wrote the article are the same who write hate postings on Wikipedia. Tilman probably posted by now 30.000 postings against Scientology and Korey with his many sock puppets might be in tough competition with him as far as the numers of anti-religious postings are concerned.

Here is what's wrong with the article: 1) Motivation of the writers was to attack me, defame me and harass me and to mislead readers about me. Same goes also about the article on Marty Rathbun on which they don't just smear him and violate his privacy but of course do the same thing again to me.

2) The article is false in sting an gist (a legal expression) and many details.

3) The article is based mainly on the Salt Tribune misinformation. I posted on Usenet the correspondence that I had with the reporter, who I compare to Jason Blair, the reporter of the New York times who fabricated his facts. I wrote an affidavit to the lies and deceipt of the Tribune. My enemies say that the article is true as I lost my case against the Tribune. I had no money for an attorney. I had to file the case pro se. Judges don't bother with pro se's. It is not just my case. AMOJ (A matter of justice) says that judges need to be stripped of their immunity as they as good as never grant any rights to a pro se, it doesn't matter how well researched the case is and how well the pro se presents her case. It is the system of corrupt judges that sucks. Tribune reporters sold lies for 20.000 Dollars to the National Enquire in another kidnap case. They printed a forged letter in a mayoral election and the forged person of course lost, etc. They have no credibility.

4) Nobody of the Wikipedia writers went to the source. They did not order the court files and read through them. If they would, they would have seen that judges pervert the laws and denied my cases unlawfully. They did not order the FOIA logs from the government as they are afraid that they don't find my name thousands of times on the logs but just a few hundred times. They are afraid to find that reporters requested a lot more records that I did.

5) The agencies had the records that I requested. The Tribune reporter admitted that to me. These records were illegally withheld. They should have provided them, and I never would have filed more than one FOIA request and would have never sued them. If it did cost money, the government provoked and actually incurred it. I also have evidence that the government makes fees up, they simply fabricate false fees to deny records to a requester. They did not do that just to me. Another reporter than Christopher Smith of the Tribune wrote me that too.

6) The feds don't like FOIA requests, they are afraid that somebody is looking in their cards. Reporter Smith also emailed me that they are extremely lazy and that they do all they can to avoid coming to work. Of course they defame me, the FOIA requester, to the media or otherwise. I woke them up out of their many naps. Even the Tribune admitted that officials see requests for records as "incoming torpedos".

7) Many court records (and also media coverage) exist which show that I am the victim of religious persecution. These records also document me being kidnapped. Tilman knows of these records, and he of course withheld all these records, as the purpose is not to show facts and how I was abused but to portray me wrongfully as abuser or disturbed person. My kidnappers are linked to Tilman's friends, as Ingo Heinemann, and that is why Tilman and his good friend XXXXXX conceal these records. Through that connection, it is sort of as if my kidnappers scibbled this Wikipedia article.

8) The article cites the AHBL against me. Their webmaster XXXXXXXXXXXXX was never a Scientologist. He has nothing to do with my religion. He has no clue about it and can't determine what's off topic in that newsgroup and what not. One day he decided to target me and wrote false abuse reports to my library and my ISP to bar me from the Internet. He spammed them with one false abuse report after the other, day by day! He blackmailed them and blocked them from the net unless they would deny to me Internet access. He acts like a STASI officer. He says the AHBL is non profit but the purpose of the website is to violate constitutional right of free speech by others. defamation removed

9) My cases against the C of S were basically just one case. I filed the case first in state court but they denied jurisdiction, that is why I had to go to federal court. The case(s) were just about one thing: receiving information from the C of S about the whereabouts of Marty Rathbun. The judges was biased and said that marriages are not protected under the constitution. My guess: he won his judge election in the lottery.

And there is a lot more what's wrong with this hateful, harassing and defamatory article. The article on Marty Rathbun is also nothing but an attempt to violate his privacy, harass and smear him.
