Barton Seagrave

Barton Seagrave is a village and civil parish in the Kettering borough of Northamptonshire, England. The village is a suburb of Kettering and is south-east of the town centre. It had a population of 4,185 according to the 2001 census.
Schools in the village are Barton Seagrave County Primary School, and Latimer Community Arts College.
The village boasts one of the oldest Parish Churches in the Borough of Kettering: parts of the building date back to 1130 AD.
The village is within walking distance of Wicksteed Park which forms a welcome green belt between the village and neighbouring Kettering. Encroaching the village are currently new warehouse developments along the A14 that occupies former agricultural land. The A6 forms the other major village border.
