Bart's House of Weirdness is a platform game released by Konami in 1991. This is a very rare DOS game that is a mix of action and platform hopping.

Bart has pulled one too many pranks on his parents and is grounded to his room. There's nothing more boring than being in stuck in one room all day... but Bart's imagination can run wild sometimes. The player controls Bart as he sneaks out to the movie theater, explores the scary basement and attic, fights space mutants and Itchy & Scratchy, and battles Sideshow Bob to save his hero Krusty the Clown.
