Baron Sysonby, of Wonersh in the County of Surrey, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created in 1935 for the military commander Frederick Grey Ponsonby. Ponsonby was the great-grandson of Frederick Ponsonby, 3rd Earl of Bessborough and the elder brother of Arthur Ponsonby, 1st Baron Ponsonby of Shulbrede. Other members of the Ponsonby family include the Baron de Mauley and, previously, the Barons and Viscounts Ponsonby. The Barony of Sysonby is still extant and is currently held by the first Baron's grandson.
