Barnham, Suffolk

Barnham is a village and civil parish in the St Edmundsbury district of Suffolk, England. It is about three miles south of Thetford, and according to the 2001 census had a population of 571.
From 1808 to 1814 Barnham hosted a station in the shutter telegraph chain which connected the Admiralty in London to its naval ships in the port of Great Yarmouth.
