Colin Fulcher aka Barney Bubbles (1942 - 1983) was an English graphic designer and video director. Born in West London in 1942, he lived in the Portobello Road, London in the 1960s, and was closely associated with Hawkwind as an artistic collaborator and album cover designer. He committed suicide in 1983.

Bubbles was also responsible for the graphic art associated with Elvis Costello and the Attractions, Nik Turner's Inner City Unit, Stiff Records and Ian Dury and the Blockheads. He is renowned for his distinctive contribution to the graphic design associated with the British independent music scene during the late 1970s and early 80s. The full scope of his influence is difficult to determine because he refused to sign his work.
