Barnard Castle School

Barnard Castle School is a co-educational independent day and boarding school in Barnard Castle, County Durham, England.

Notable Old Barnardians include the rugby players Rob Andrew, brothers Rory and Tony Underwood, and Mathew Tait.

The school's rugby tradition was further enhanced in 2003 and 2004 when the school's 1st XV rugby squad reached the final of the National School's Cup. They were defeated both times.
