Lord Stinker is an aged garbage barge, infamous for carrying a heavy stench, and notably wears a peg on his nose to avoid his own stench.

He works mostly with Warrior. He is a quick thinker and once devised a masterous plan to save a train from disaster, which gained him a newly founded respect from Top Hat. He has made numerous appearances, notably High Tide, Warrior, Munitions and Regatta.

Lord Stinker was, according to sources played by distinguished British actor Timothy Bateson.

Frank and Eddie were fictional characters from the 1989 television series TUGS from the producers of Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends.

They are a pair of twin railway barges (also known as car floats) who work with Top Hat the railway tug, used for the transportation of railway stock across the port. They are very quick-witted and are among the few that can deal with Top Hat's superiority.

The actors who portrayed their voices, are as of the moment, unknown. Although Eddie sounds very much like he could be voiced by Timothy Bateson.

Pearl an oyster barge, she made her only brief appearance in Warrior, working with Sunshine and Little Ditcher out in the estuary.

[edit] Star Line Oil Barge

This Barge was only in seen in Munitions. Ten Cents was sent to Lucky's Yard to collect it On the way Bluenose scaraps it.The barge was on fire after petroleum catches fire. Ten Cents pushed it out to sea where it blew up.

These barges are used to put out fire's They were mainly seen in Munitions when Zorran helped the FireTug try to save the Krakatoa and Sunshine helped put a building on fire.

Seen throught the whole series. These barges didn't have a cab nor a face but were used for carrying lighter items.
