Barbeuiaceae is the botanical name for a family of flowering plants. Such a family has been recognized by very few taxonomists.
The APG II system, of 2003, does recognize such a family and assigns it to the order Caryophyllales in the clade core eudicots. This represents a change from the APG system, of 1998, which did not recognize such a family.
The family consists of a single species, Barbeuia madagascariensis, a liana found only on Madagascar.
