I have observed that BD2412 submitted my RFA just before the weekend. The cycle of approval is one week. Viewers are typically heaviest on the first day of nomination, and opposers will typically show up as a reaction to the first support, if any.

I believe you would have the best chance for a successful outcome if you allow another to nominate you; self-nominations are said to have a 15 percentage point disadvantage. As you know, a 4 to 1 support/oppose ratio is the minimum threshold for approval.
