Banting Memorial High School is the only secondary school located in Alliston, Ontario, Canada. It is part of the Simcoe County District School Board and as of 2005 has a student population of approximately 1,800. The school is named in honour of Sir Frederick Grant Banting, a key member of the Canadian scientific team that discovered how to extract and use insulin for treating diabetes mellitus.

In 2004, Banting Memorial High School was the first secondary school to adopt a "casual tie Friday" dress code when students would wear a casual shirt and a tie on the day of the same name.
