Baltor is the new antagonist in Season 3 of the TV series, Winx Club.

He was created from the embers of the Dragon Fire by the Witch Coven that invaded Sparx. He was banished to the Omega dimension for 17 years, until The Trix found him and wanted to sacrifice him to some giant snakes in order for them to escape. But Baltor manages to destroy the snakes and joins the Trix. It's been that way since. He first invaded Tides and turned all the mermaids into Mer-Monsters.
