In the distant future, another world has been badly polluted. Just a a scientist finds a way to clean up the planet, the followers of a military fanatic invade his laboratory and destroy his work. The scientist's son is launched into space along with 100,000 people in a massive spaceship by the general, but are transported to Earth by a time warp. The son joins a military organization which uses his spaceship as part of a robot called Baldios which fights off the general's attempts to take over Earth for his people. However, as another member of their race he is not trusted by the people of Earth. As the series progresses, the polar ice caps are melted by the general and after a horrific battle the world is colored red by pollution.
