Bagby Elementary School

Delos M. Bagby Elementary School [1] is a public elementary school located in the Cambrian School District of San Jose, California. It is a California Distinguished School which educates approximately 600 students annually, from grades kindergarten to fifth.
As of 2006, the school principal is Ms. Kathy Kimpel.[2] Approximately 16% of the students who attend qualify for the free or reduced lunch program, in contrast to the California state average of 48.5%.

Bagby Elementary School offers several enrichment programs, including the The Art Vistas program, Gifted & Talented Education (GATE) program, and specialized Wednesday Enrichment Workshops. Several music programs are offered as well, including vocal music, choir, and instrumental music.
