Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (literally translating to "Big Brother, Small Brother" in English) was a popular Bollywood film starring Govinda in a double role, Amitabh Bachchan in a double role, Anupam Kher, Ramya Krishna, and Raveena Tandon. Directed by David Dhawan, it was released in 1998 and was the first of Amitabh's films that had success at the box office since his comeback after a few years of hiatus from the Bollywood industry.

The two main characters played by Govinda and Bachchan play double roles of a pair of police officers and criminals who get mistaken for each other leading to a comedy of errors. The movie includes a special guest appearance by Madhuri Dixit in a song sequence, which was originally pitched to Sridevi to co-star with Madhuri for the first time in the song 'Makhna', but she declined. It has shades of a Hollywood movie Bad Boys and the Sanjeev Kumar starrer Angoor
