[edit] Plot summary
None of his friends seem to take magic as seriously as he does. His sister Ginny loves to annoy him and spoil his magic shows. He receives tickets to attend a magic show being put on by his hero, Amaz-O. After the show, however, Amaz-O is rude towards Tim when he tries to introduce himself. That's when Tim concocts the idea to steal Amaz-O's magic kit. When he begins to experiment with the tricks inside the kit, strange things begin to happen, culminating with Ginny being turned into a rabbit. Having no other choice, Tim decides to go back to Amaz-O to get him to turn Ginny back into a girl. When he goes back, Amaz-O reveals that he is a rabbit himself, having operated a puppet in his place. Amaz-O wants Tim to take over the operations of the dummy because he is ready to retire. Tim becomes a rabbit himself so he can operate the Amaz-O dummy.
